Mario G. Giorgianni, MD is made up of a team of professionals dedicated to providing the best quality healthcare in a responsive and caring environment. Our doctors all have years of experience in the profession. They work in concert with nurses and office staff who try to understand your health issues quickly and apply the right treatment to get you back to your optimal health.

Mario G. Giorgianni, MD

I completed medical school at the University of California Irvine in 1972 and my residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UC Irvine in 1975. I am a Diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and have been in private practice since 1975. I have served as Medical Director of Rehab in hospitals in Spokane, Knoxville and Los Gatos. I currently devote my time to my solo practice in PM&R (Physiatry) and consult with a Skilled Nursing Facility where I oversee a Rehab Clinic. I have a hospital affiliation with El Camino Hospital - Los Gatos.

I have a passion for helping those with disability achieve the highest level of function within the constraints of their disability (this is the essence of what rehab is all about). My goal is to limit disability and help prevent the things that stifle the goal of as full a life as possible. Sometimes the defining and achieving of goals is not that difficult. At other times, the task seems daunting. Multiple medical issues and health care providers, financial constraints, lack of support - all of these and more can make the rehab process challenging. My practice is to help those I serve to confront and manage those challenges and achieve the best outcome possible.

I love playing golf, lawn bowling, 10 pin bowling, and gardening (a peaceful alternative to the intensity of practicing medicine). I have a passion for the movies and the Dodgers (a vestige of growing up in the San Fernando Valley).

Carrie Giorgianni, Office Manager

Dr. Giorgianni and I have been married since December, 2005, and between us we have 5 children and 2 beautiful grandsons. I have worked with my husband as his office manager since 2008. Together we have created a comfortable and relaxed office setting. I love connecting with and promoting the feeling of family with our patients. Family is important to me, and I'm fortunate to have most of my family close by.

I have a B.A. in Biology from Otterbein College in Ohio. My work experience includes: high tech, restaurant owner, and work at the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS.

I am an active member of Stone Church of Willow Glen where I have served as Elder and Deacon. I enjoy reading, knitting, quilting, gardening, and travel. I'm an avid college football fan - go Ducks and Buckeyes.
